As GFA develops new functionality, we will offer those enhancements to our clients with Annual Maintenance Plan (AMP) subscriptions to be tested and installed at no additional cost.
Because our software is predominantly written in Progress™, it is important to keep the development environment current, thus ensuring continued effective database operation. GFA will furnish all updates and patches required for the current version of Progress™ running in this installation, including annual updates for maintenance of said software.
Periodically, the development software will be issued in an updated, more dynamic version. Since these upgrades to the development environment are beneficial to the execution of GFA’s software, it is in the best interest of the client to have the most recent version installed. GFA will furnish and install these new releases as they become available. This includes testing and converting the existing databases for compatibility with the new version.
