GFA Meets With Customers At ALA Show, Announces Site Visit

July 18, 2017

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth at the ALA (American Library Association) show in Chicago! It was wonderful to connect with some of our long-term customers. We were also excited to meet some new teams looking to partner with the leaders in high-density storage software (us!)

In fact, we had so much fun showing everyone our new Business Intelligence with Interactive Dashboards that we are going on the road and scheduling site visits! Please contact us to let us know if you are interested in scheduling an on-site demo and discussion, or even if you just want us to set up a screen share conference over the web with your team.

Customers loved the Business Intelligence demo, telling us it will save a lot of time and looking forward to getting started with it as soon as possible. Facility managers were particularly excited that they could export data to Excel without having to submit a request with IT.

“We love the fact that we can publish graphical dashboards to our web site without IT’s ongoing involvement. They help us set the site up once, and from then on we keep it updated through your tool and our patrons and executives can see all of our important statistics on a regular basis.”
– long-term LAS customer
